From here short term I'm going to pay attention to Stephen,
Long term I'm sure she is a dog..just like last summer I had
to average down on AMD as I knew she had something going,
and followed her down to 10.25..and averaged my long position to,
to 12.5..but thats history I got out too soon..but was happy
enough..one thing there if you find one thats over killed and
has "good book value" going long your not up aginst the exdate.
This baby will crash..but when...I have most of my put money
in JAN98..some in July..( I also have some march and april but
not as much in them as out forward, and under the conditions I
would not count on the April being worth much, but I don't
sell them at a loss..I mostly swing for the home run I eather get it or strick out, but if I bunt on the short term I get in and out as
fast as I can make a single ) and if she goes aginst me I just sit
and wait, and of course hope..but I don't sell at a loss..they can
have the whole thing before I do that..these March an april puts
have taken back all my previous profits on this dog..and then
some..( unless she trips up, but I see nothing more to trip her
up..short term as none of the bad news so far has harmed her )
but the longer term that's a whole nother picture..
The last time she went down I was just about ready to buy calls
but she didn't go as low as I expected..and she has gone higher
than I expected..so I'm redoing my short term thinking.
