Xsq. Almost every major oil exporting region is an unstable powder keg. Indonesia, the ME, Nigeria, Russia, Venezuela, etc. And the proposed pipeline out of Central Asia will run the gauntlet of volatile and unstable territories before the 1st bbl of oil reaches the tanker for ocean transport. Even assuming we can capture all the Iraqi fields intact and undamaged, they're in very poor condition and it could take a year or more to significantly increase production. Debasing the $ will also serve to provide support for crude prices, and expedite the adoption of the Islamic Gold Dinar. Within the next few years, ME oil will be priced in dinars not dollars.
