Judy,
I would buy here . . I am still waiting on some firm to recommend this company. Would not be surprised to see my price target exceeded. . . I have raised my target 3 times now. . .I am more of a long term investor . . I do not get too concerned about the day to day fluctuations.

Lets watch for a stock split . . now that would get this stock up real quick.
