This CEO is not only secretive, he's also one of the biggest shareholders of AXC. Between shares he own's personally and with his various holding companies, I believe he controls over 18%. Additionally, his holding companies hold a debt from AXC which is very creative from AXC's poit of view: it can either be paid from earnings BUT only after the shareholders deficit is erased, or it can be paid in stock. Therefore, as CEO he has a stake in not paying the debt back with stock, until it has reached a very attractible level and after sales have increased dramatically, so the earnigs per share are not depressed. This is information gathered for me by a close friend who atteneded the annual meeting.

What would then fit the scenario layed out above? Obviously Keepering! The tight grip on any information is suspicious. A negative response from drive manufacturers would surely have been out by now. They've been in testing now for more than 6 months. I just think that Branson has too much at stake here. Also, I believe if you check, insider activity has been positive.

Waiting for an announcement (or announcements) this fall.
