No, not really. I think it was reported in Thursday's Investor's Business Daily that there seems to be some buyout/merger talk in the sporting goods area (SportsMart, Oshman's, etc.), but it mentioned nothing about FEET, Finish Line, or the likes.

I'm beginning to think that my call will not be exercised at $17.50 with this convertible news coming out.

Found a good bargin on some discontinued Reebock golf shoes in what the store calls the "Combat Zone" yesterday. You probably already know this, but that's the front of the store immediately as you walk in. Just $29.95! That made my wife happy since she think I spend too much on golf already.
