Hi Dan,

Well my take is that Hermann can be a very astute individual but I don't
think this is the time to be void of info. I was told we where going to
get a progress report and that did not happen. Now this might be fine
for Hermann to know what he thinks he has in the ground and keep it to
himself but at this point all I looking for is what is happening on the
properties. I know the stuff is there and we know that it abounds but
what is happening on the properties? That is the question. With no news
that means that folks are going to jump out and play the fast buck and
then come back in or try to get back in before it moves. Thats ok too,
but what that does is make the potential buyer say, "woh, wait a minute"
I don't know if this is a good deal. You know where I'm coming from. It
get difficult to hold the group togeather and therefore when they come
back they have to pay more. I would like to see all potential buyers get
in now while it is still a deal.

AS far as my take on the stradigy of Hermann. Well I think he knows
where this is going and he is letting the market sqeeze out the flippers
and speculators. Trying to stabalize the price and get the big money in
and then let the news come out and do the rest. I have been hinted to
that they are looking at maybe 10.00 by June, off the record of course.
For them to make that presumption then they know that the results will
do the work for them and that is why they are not going to do a promotion
at this time. I hope Hermann is right in his stradigy.
