The Transfer Agent will dole out the available shares (Approx. 1.6 million)
then he will check each trade to see who the Market Maker was for
each indivdual trade and ask that MARKET MAKER to provide the shares.
Meaning...The Marker Maker that through your broker provided your
shares will be responsible for buying those shares and giving them
to the Transfer Agent. The Lucky Market Makers will be the ones whose
requests for shares reach the Transfer Agent first.
