Inhale Therapeutic (INHL) 27.85 -0.91: This afternoon, Prudential downgrades to HOLD from ACCUMULATE citing recent concerns on the safety profile of lead product, inhaled insulin; Aventis (AVE) admitted yesterday there has been one case of pulmonary fibrosis in ts clinical trials; thinks the question now is whether there was a causal relationship with the use of inhaled insulin; believes if inhaled insulin fails, there could be substantial downside to INHL share price.
