Thank you for your response to my question. I'm afraid I disagree with your analysis. Yes, Sun has strengths and assets that are not quantifiable. But in the end these factors are important only because they will (hopefully) help the company make money. Which leaves us right where we started: with depreciated (or is it discounted) cash flow.

This is the rub, isn't it? Sun has bright prospects. How to put a number on them? It's maddening.

Separate but related: I *like* the fact that Sun makes money, unlike, say, Amazon. But Sun's valuation is not justified by its current earnings or its near-term (i.e. foreseeable) prospects. Am I invested in a "stealth Amazon?"
