OT Real Estate not a good investment Saying Orange County real estate is not a good investment because it is just now getting up to it's 1989 highs is like saying Qualcomm is not a good investment because we are barely over the highs made 1 1/2 years ago. Since then QCOM has had an annualized return of about 1%. So should we all sell our shares and buy amazon.com because it has been a better investment in that time period?
