T2000,JFD, i've said this all along from the time when it appeared msft had a snowball's chance in hell to win this case. the DOJ and states better get sensible w/ their settlement demands or they very well may end up w/ nothing ala clinton v.s. republicans. sure it may take a few extra years for msft to clear its name but do you really think msft gives a darn at this point?? if this goes to appeals, that just means msft goes on doing what they've been doing all along, twisting arms (but fair and square of course) and killing off anyone else in their way (also fair and square of course) in the process.

does anyone actually think case and aol would do differently if they were in msft's shoes?? you've got to be kidding if you do, it's a dog eat dog world out there and you sure don't get to be #1 and stay #1 by being mary poppins.

remember folks, it's never too late to buy msft!!
