Unfortunately, marriage counseling is not going to help these two. Maybe it is oversimplifying things to say but I think it is too much a case of the "good guys vs. the bad guys" and the two cannot co-exist. One of them had to go. Divorce was the only option. The property settlement came out on the wrong side, however.

I am afraid we are going to see a brain drain of Russ followers in the near term.
