The top in the miner rally that is about to get underway (has started in some issues) will be the deciding factor in the correction/rally debate...looks the rally will take us into the end of the month....the strength of the rally will determine the direction of the weekly, monthly and quarterly charts going forward...right now, I think it's time to get long for a ST trade at least....added more SMXMF this AM..
