You were seeing trading below the bids. If you are looking at NAZ, I wouldn't worry about it. They print late trades like crazy these days --to the point of being ridiculous, especially after the close. Those Bastards. ;-)

The NY is another story. Actually, it seems ironic, but I would rather see big trades below the bid rather than above the ask for the short term (if I am long). I know this seems contrary, but it works. Its like seeing a huge ask and then having the whole thing taken out, the stock then moving higher. You would have thought that a huge amount of posted sellers was a negative. Strange.
