Where did you read that "DEC is going to file a countersuit to force Intel to continue to supple advanced product info and supple CPU's."?

This is great news as DEC will loose. If there is not a written contract stating that DEC has access to the product info for a given period of time for a given class of chip then there is not a thing DIGITAL can do about it. Note, in the case of MERCED, INTEL and HP do have an agreement in writing. I have never heard of such an agreement with DIGITAL.

This only reinforces the fear that Palmer and DIGITAL are feeling.
