Thats silly... First you argue that MSFT won't allow a manufacturer to include your software, and then you sell the company, with the data that computer manufactures are distributing your product.

Barksdales own numbers are that NSCP had 100% of the internet distribution (everyone downloaded it, or at least tried to) and 20% of the other half. Hmmm that makes 70%.

Barksdale made a deal with the devil to get MSFT, there is no doubt he was willing to lie in court if he had to.

An 'exaggeration' under oath is a lie.
