The management team is the driving force behind the company. Too many good companies have gone under because of poor management. I would be far more comfortable investing my money in a company with a good management team with a proven record, one with an ability to look ahead. A team should be able to work together as a single unit, all of which Go2Net had under the leadership of Russell.
