No--if it is unsubstantiated rumor, it is raw intelligence, if it comes from sources who are considered unreliable--then it is questionable. It is not "fact." And the Weekly Standard published articles that put out as fact rumor and unsubstantiated allegations. So much so that the Defense Dept even once put up a notice on its web site saying that the allegations printed in the article weren't confirmed.

I'm not going to bother looking it up because, once again, it's deja vu all over again. I will give you this--you are tenacious. But tenacity in the service of a dangerous fantasy isn't virtue. As both Bush and bin Laden are showing.
