I've just come back to cosff stock. Since last spring, I bought cosff
at 6 5/8, then sold at 6 1/8 (in early Q3). I was shocked at Q3 numbers, since the
change in accounting turned the results upside down. But now I've bought back in. Corel's method of counting shipments when they went out their door were very misleading, and subject to abuse. Now the system has been corrected to count actual sales to customers, not ships out the door. Now Java and NC are both toned way down. When Corel gets back to basics, they have some very good products, and they are selling pretty well. I suspect that reality is setting in at Corel, and they will have to realize that the issue now is long term survival and not beating Microsoft.

Anyway, with the two huge write-offs in the last two quarters, and with some very good products, and some market momentum, I suspect that Q4 will be better than anticipated. So I'm back in, at least to January.

If anyone has any WP sales volume numbers at the retail level, I'd be very interesed if you would share them.

regards.
