Mr. Cole joined the Company as Senior Vice President and
President of AOL New Enterprises, an operation division of the
Company, in November 1994. Mr. Cole had previously served as
Chairman, President and CEO of Navisoft, a software company
acquired by the Company in November 1994.

and Pan Pacific Ventures (all venture capital funds).
