Jack,

Many password programs aren't case sensitive.

Have you tried ALL combinations of jack?

Examples: Jack, JACK, jack, jAck, JacK, etc...

Make sure you've done that first. If not, if you have the win2k CD, I've 're-installed' it before (using the upgrade option after sticking the disk in there and rebooting) and it will redo the core Windows software and generally leave your programs alone. I'd only suggest that if you don't have a lot of programs on the computer and you've tried all the password stuff.

I'd bet you that if you play with the case sensitivity, you could figure it out.
