yah, coms relativey undervalued relative to usrx - why buy now? in my opinion, coms thought their share price was only going lower over the medium term. that's why they bought now. usrx thought their share price was only going lower over the medium term - that's why they sold no. by the way, usrx has xdsl technology. x2 will probably be scratched; coms will conform to standards. i think what coms is up to is a sales/marketing force. they perceive one-stop shopping as to compelling a concept to fight against. chambers said in survey 40% of mis managers wanted one-stop shopping. technology they don't have - they buy.
