The stock market thrives on rumor and speculation. There is no sense that can be made of this stock. Ampex needs to get some news going to fan the fire. A deafening silence does not bode well for anxious investors waiting for some sign that they have bought into a company that has great potential for regaining market share. One of the reasons I bought in was rumor of a takeover. Could this be in the cards for a company that seems to be waiting for the last drop of revenue to be squeezed from it?
