Sequential revenues were down 34% - is this because the Q1 numbers reflect revenue from discontinued operations?

Income from continuing operations was up slightly (416K vs 411K), but per share was way down - .10 vs .18 - when will they stop giving away stock?

Even with the stock dilution, it appears as if they are on track to remain profitable. Doesn't this mean anything to The Street? I would've expected more interest than its getting . . .

Any other opinions?
