Okay...I've drawn the next fork as you mentioned....
Dec High -- Dec Low -- Bisect from Nov Low
Questions:
>What are the rules for picking the next center line..?
Earlier you chose Nov Low -- Dec High --- Bisect from early Nov High
This latest is off Nov Low...
>Do you alternate between Previous High and Low...?
>Are there any Fast Rules to determine where that point is chosen..?

>>That line is a rising line and should attract prices higher.<<
This new fork is rising guickly....does the angle of rise have any
importance in itself..?
>A Rising line --- is this determined by which side of a 45ø angle
the center line crosses the bisect line..?
If it were falling are prices equally drawn to a falling center line..?

I greatly appreciate these discriptions....
My Greatful Thanks
Chip
