Correction: In post #218 I indicated that "… at some point management (HP) must have … - and they chose WIND."

In my enthusiasm I inadvertently may have misrepresented the relationship between HP and WIND. WIND certainly has a de facto strategic relationship with HP, but I have no evidence that there is a formal arrangement. This does not alter any of the conclusions I drew in that post, since a de facto strategic relationship may even be stronger than a formal one that department managers try to ignore.
