8 months on and those McMansions are looking a LOT cheaper. So are the financiers such as Freddie and Fannie, [down another 25% today], not to mention Lehman Bros and a lot more besides. More to go... Amazing that they blame Big Ben and Alan Green$pan for their decisions to borrow, and lend. It's like obese people blaming food suppliers for making food too cheap. Or drug addicts blaming plants for producing psychotropic chemicals to defend themselves. Don't eat the plant. Don't eat the food. Don't borrow the money. Mqurice
