so, I spent the month not so strictly eating meat only.
I had some chips and bread here and there.
Some days I even had donuts!
I learned even more about my body this past month.
Also .. eating carbs in the morning does not add pounds the way it does eating them at night!
SO .. my new, mid-year resolution.
I am eating HEALTHY . . no gobs of junk food like I used to.
Rarely any soda or any simple sugars.
I mix in chips and bread once in a while.
I can not maintain weight and because of my good eating habits, I feel it will slope down over time.
No more bold claims for me because I love chips and bread too much to let go permanently.
SO .. just down and up and down and down and up .. trending down.
I do feel so much better than ever and fit comfortably in clothes that have been so tight for many years.
I'll keep posting here every month to help give hope to others who struggled like me.
