RF warned after the close on friday they said they couldn't get enough chips they also said that their book to bill will be over 1 and announced a contract with Nokia.TQNT is a big supplier to RF so it looks to be good news for TQNT RF also said they wouldn't start shipping from the new plant until mid 98 at earliest.
