Another lawsuit against AOL, reported after the bell!!

I just saw on CNN's Moneyline that AOL is being sued by a
(New Mexico?) firm (Ezra, something or other), regarding AOL's misreporting of S&P Comstock data. Apparently, AOL displayed
stock quotes for some particular company (I don't recall the name)
at *one-tenth* its real price, e.g. $1 vs $10. The bogus quotes
threw AOL customers who depend on those quotes into a selling panic
in that stock. Lots of people lost money.

The news was reported after the bell today (Tues 3/11).
Sorry for the lack of specifics on the story.

We're goin' South !
