He was fired and stayed fired. The issue was ethical. Did she at least in part make a decision that was influenced by personal matters. The investigator said: "yes". And she had crazy Todd running around loose using State resources and employees to push the vendetta forward. Abuse of Power. Silly to try to block this for weeks. Now it ends up a talking point for the next ten days. McCain can't afford that.
