I'm a former GNET shareholder as well. My abiding faith in Russell Horowitz's leadership inspires me to defer to his wisdom for this deal, after all, it was his decision. As someone who has invested in many companies involved in mergers during the past decade, I can say with experience that in the majority of cases management of the subsumed company leaves after integration is complete. Sometimes not but usually and it is for the best. Very often it is painfully difficult for a former CEO to become anyone's subordinate again. Once you've been a CEO, there seems to be a strong psychological inertia to remain at that level. Anyone who truly expected Russ to remain with the company for a pro-longed period of time was naive. Sure it could have happened but, by virtue of the situation, the odds were against it and that should be no surprise.
