The only danger at this point for shorts is the fact that volume has completely dried up today. Every analyst has already come out today with screaming buy recommendations, and the only thing left to further squeeze the shorts or attract retail investors is a stock split.

I was told a stock split was coming, I don't know why it didnt occur with the quarterly results. But as someone posted recently, Amazon has declared splits days after results before.
