Does that mean you already closed out your position before the bell or are you holding to make a few extra points?
I read the announcement but still couldn't figure out what exactly it would do to the stock. Sure, there is the obvious fear of dilution but didn't you say in another message that sometimes the stock is being hyped up? In that case shorting now doesn't seem to be such a great idea.

Also, from what I understand in order to know when this stock will become a penny stock we would have to know when exactly the "institutional investor" wants to convert his preferred to common. I couldn't see any deadline in the report except for a 3 yr period they mention. But I didn't quite get that part. Maybe you can enlighten me.
