You know what I like about the Berke proposed charge sheet? Otherwise impressive but this stands out: Extorting shares from scam companies AP was supposed to be helping shut down for the benefit of the public now all of a sudden is --------------------------->HARD BARGAINING. LOLOLISSIMO...and...TEARS! This is kind of like what AP said about the laws as he interprets them. Now how come AP never let anyone here know he was "negotiating" with the scam company execs for free 100k blocks to cover? IMO that's one of the smoking guns in this case, if all above board what is AP doing on the phone getting share blocks from the scam companies? Strange days indeed...
