Really, NO speech is free on SI. This is a forum owned by a corporation with TOU (let us never forget the TOU) so from the start there is no hope of free speech here. It's silly to moan about people wanting to associate with people they have a natural affinity for, on a forum that already imposes restrictions on speech. Not to mention the financial restriction now imposed on people who might wish to join this forum.

I suppose it make a good red herring issue for people with nothing better to talk about.

I received material today on the protest being held January 20th in SF. I am going to take my kids. I think it will be a good experience for them.
