Thanks for the suggestions..I have run a complete virus scan with the latest virus definitions,nothing showed up. All I have running now is SI and I noticed on my Norton Memory Load Monitor that it is at 100% and CPU Usage is at 3%. Something is using up my memory. I'm running Win 98 with IE version 6 with 64 Meg of memory. you have any exclamation marks on any devices If I do, what does that mean? I will try the other things you mentioned and report back later tonight. I have to go to the grandkids Christmas programs so won't be home until later tonight. H Peterson
