JGoren , You Said "Qualcomm had an incentive to move the Ericy patent suit as quickly as possible." IDC also had that incentive and filed their suit on the east coast in a court that it was said to have a "rocket docket". ERICY too filed in Texas and because they filed their suit a few hours earlier the case was transferred to Texas and remains dormant. They must have a pretty slick legal team as they seem to be able to avoid courts. Hopefully the Q is well armed with the right legal team and will bring them to their knees. Better yet I hope both IDC and the Q accomplish the same .
