That's not very much memory to be running some of todays programs. You might benefit greatly by buying some ram. It's still very cheap.

I recently installed XP on my Dell 450 that had 256MB SDRAM and it was really struggling. I installed another 128 to bring my machine to it's limit of 384 and it seems to have made a big difference. For $23 I think I made a good upgrade. While on the subject of XP don't believe the published minimum requirements to upgrade to Windows XP. If you have a 300MGZ with 128 ram don't even think about it. It will run but you won't think you have done the right thing....really slow.

On the exclamation marks..it means the device has a problem. You may need to update the drivers or reinstall the device. Something has gone wrong. Check out PMW's thread that I posted a link to a few posts back and you will find a bunch of good info on resolving resource problems.
