But tell you truth, I actually tasted some tiger meat (Siberian tiger) before<g>. There was an illegal pouching in HeiLongJiang province (Northeaster China), and when the officials found out, the tiger was already dead. So they put it on an airplane and sent it to the National Animal Research Institution in Beijing, where my father worked. After they saved enough for research purpose, then divided the rest of the meat to the employees there. Tiger meat is very lean, but not as tender as pork, sort of like cat meat<g>. Now you must think geez those Chinese are "barberians", eat anything moves<g>
