intends to give laid-off employees 13 weeks of severance pay and three weeks of pay for every year of employment, the documents say.

Employees eligible for retirement - those aged 55 with 30 years of service - would be given $100,000 a year, beginning at age 65.


I'll bet some of those being laid off are going to have a party <ng>
