Dell Computer (DELL) 25.56 -0.32: Needham & Co downgrades to HOLD from BUY after company provided Q2 guidance significantly below previous estimates; sees risk that the price skirmishes that have recently broken out will continue and possibly intensify; unlikely that shares can outperform the market under these circumstances even if the company continues to add to its market share gains; lowers FY02 estimate to $0.70 from $0.80.
