Americans are dumber than we acknowledge. Bush is dismantling the USA that brought us such amazing prosperity and power in the world. Already his privatization schemes (Medicare, Military, Immigration, Social Security) have been shown to be MORE EXPENSIVE than the public versions. Gee. What's Wrong With Kansas? The people in Kansas' poorest community vote Republican even though the Republicans clearly represent their worst nightmare. They vote time and again against their own best interest. These are small family farm owners and the like who vote for Republican and their BigAgraConglomerateFarms backers....against their own future. People also smoke, drink and drive and over eat against their own self interest. It's a Darwinian thing but in reverse. We'll have to rethink both human intelligence (lack thereof) and Darwin. Bush is simply Kansas on a national scale. Americans are stupid and we are now the laughing stock of the world.
