You're right, we don't know the details of the MAC negotiations. All we know for sure is that the timely resolution of them is critical to mgr's success or failure. But it does sound like it's in MAC's best interests as well to resolve the matter, so here's hoping for the best. ­Go Dave! ..... cheers ...... marcos
