based on the Siemens deal and
the other ones, along w/a price/sales of 5:1, a market cap
of 500 million does not appear to be unreasonable--after all, 200K
modems at 1K/modem is 200 million. Even if AMTX only gets half,
or 1/4 of this, we're in the ballpark.

My guess (provided the Siemens/HKT/ and part GTE are done
deals): $36/share MINIMUM. BTW, if these do happen, Techie
will have to eat her words (no offense techie).
