One small consolation is that we would all know about the sales. By law, insider sales, of course, must be filed with the SEC. As of December, (if I remember the month right), the SEC at sec.gov has been posting all insider sales. I believe they are "file type 4", but get clarification on the sec site.
I personally don't think Bramson is manipulating the stock, but I just believe investors and especially money managers looking to beat the S&P have been and are still looking for greener pastures, i.e., large caps, regardless how highly inflated the prices are (e.g.: Coke). Sooner or later, this is gotta end. Probably for us, it'll be later!
