in our neighborhoods, individuals that are armed and in neighborhood watch programs have a better chance at protecting against armed or unarmed terrorists than unarmed ones.
An individual with a golden retreiver has a better chance of surviving an encounter with a terrorist. Armed neighborhood watch groups are as likely to shoot the watch group from the next neighborhood.
