Valuation of a company like AMTX is extremely difficult--hence
the wild swings in the stock price. A company buying them might
consider them much more valuable than simply the future revs
that they bring to the bottom line.

I think you are right Pat, suitors have come as AMTX have begun
looking at a secondary.

Risk discounted cash flow is different than discouted cash flow.
Given that AMTX (and potential buyers) know alot more than we
do about whats in the pipes, a suitor may also be willing to
pay more than the share price.

Bottom line is--we can only speculate. Anything less than $30/share
would be a very bad deal IMHO.
