Seems to me that I recall reading an SEC filing from ERC regarding the EVERCEL rights. I have not been able to locate the filing but seem to recall that the rights would have to be exercised by the end of December, the end of January at the latest. That time is rapidly approaching but I have heard nothing further on the topic. Does anyone have any further information regarding the timetable for the exercise date?
