This market for MKD is tight! Despite the carnage in the junior markets, nobody is selling at the bid. I interpret this is a very positive sign. It seemed we were killed by May month end selling, because the selling pressure is now gone.
I have been hoping for a sign that they would have the equipment installed in June, but given the lack of announcements I think that we will have missed a June start. June was a bit aggressive anyway. I still expect that there will be announcements soon though. For example there should be an announcement any day now about the major equipment purchase, the financing, and consolidation.

I'd like to remind everyone that although there has not been announcements as quickly as we would have liked, there has not been any negative or contrary news with regard to the CD deal.

It is real. And it is a stock that will appreciate in value once the announcements are made.
